Leusa helped me find and move into my flat over the past 3 months. She has been the most lovely and caring agent I have worked with. It wasn’t a straightforward process as there was “competition” for the property I wanted to rent, but she communicated very well, during the offer process, and thereafter. Always available, answering questions fast, iterating with the landlord on my questions, but above all, I really felt she was transparent with me throughout the process and never tried to push me in any unreasonable way.
