Had a lovely time at Capital Stay during my time in London earlier last week. Fully stocked amenities and in a good location. What makes this experience a 5-star, however, is their team Raghda, who went above and beyond to solve issues. I had left behind a scarf and they truly did everything possible to make sure I get it back. 10/10 would return based on my experience with Raghda alone as it gives me a huge sense of trust.

Had a nice stay in the three bedroom apartment, modern and close to Excel. The downside was there were stains on all carpets including the mat in the living room. It would be good if a thorough steam clean can take place. If that can happen I'd be happy to stay there again.

This apartment in London, Newham (ExCeL London area) significantly differed from the description and photos presented in the listing. Both the advertised description and the actual quality of the apartment were far from reality, which I consider misleading to customers.

Unhygienic flats and uncooperative company. The customer does not come first

We used the UAE branch for a short term rental of a flat. The ‘luxury apartment’ which was advertised and paid for had a bathroom leak with water on the floor, cockroaches on the curtain, dampness on the walls and huge stains on the couches. The company representative , Ahmed refused to fully refund us when we left the flat after we brought to their attention the state of the flat. Our holiday was already ruined after a full day of trying to get hold of them for minor things which were also problematic - ie lack of supplies which were advertised as included in their listing. We will never use this company as the customer is their last concern. A holiday was ruined and we lost money as not only they didn’t fully refund us but we had to book another accommodation on the same day on a busy bank holiday weekend. Two of the staff were in the process of providing us with a room in the adjacent hotel but Ahmed denied to resolve this in a professional manner, as any experienced and professional company would have done.

The flat is very clean and well-organized, conveniently located near the Elizabeth line, making everything easily accessible. One of the staff members, Aqeel, is exceptionally professional, polite, and helpful. I have never met anyone like him before. In conclusion, I highly recommend this flat.

Stay far away from the 65 Alaska property. It’s extremely dated and the pictures do not match the airbnb advert. Bed sheets had stains, the toilet flusher was broken in both bathrooms (one didn’t flush and flies were collecting, the other was missing the whole button to which they had to fix after we arrived). The reviews on Airbnb tell the real story so please be cautious and read before booking. Extremely worn down, the whole apartment is dated and dirty. After we reached out to Airbnb to resolve our refund, whoever is running the account decided it was appropriate to send condescending & disrespectful messages. Please be cautious before proceeding to book with this management company

Great experience. A 10/10 showing. Warm, cozy and very comfortable. Would recommend to any category of travelers. It is also very close to Custom’s station on the Elizabeth line, straight ride to the airport and less than half an hour to central London. Response time from hosts is excellent. Overall, a nice apartment and excellent hosts.
