Absolutely amazing experience with Capital Stay! From booking to checkout, everything was seamless and super professional. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and located perfectly for exploring the city. Great value for money too, the discount code was a nice bonus! Special shoutout to Ahmed, the gentleman who checked me in. He was a legend, super friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and settled in. Honestly made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Will definitely book again with Capital Stay on my next trip. Highly recommended!

Stayed 4 nights that was hosted by Akil, amazing hosts and very attentive to our needs, (above and beyond). Akil helped us with our luggages and showed us to the apartment which was nice and reassuring. Parking fee waved off!!!!. Amazing views. We loved every second of our time there, great facilities and clean floors. There were few odd maintenance issues but didn't spoil our time given that we had a host like Akil, can't complain! Me and my family loved it so much being hosted by Akil that we hope to book next year at their other apartments, I'm so sure it would be of similar stay. I highly recommend!

My stay at the Capital Stay in Western Gateway was exceptional. The location couldn't have been better with river view with easy access to public transportation and a short distance to key attractions. The flat itself was immaculate, with modern furnishings and all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The host Akil was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views from the flat's windows, offering a glimpse into the vibrant cityscape. We would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in London."

We have just spent a 3 night break at one of Capital Stay's 3 bedroom luxury apartments in Western Gateway for Star Wars Celebration. The proximity to the Excel centre was absolutely perfect, probably 100 metres from the steps outside the Excel. The view from the top floor balcony was unbelievable, even after leaving the convention we were still right there watching what was going on below. From the minute we checked in, it was obvious the Capital Stay team are a class act. They were very friendly and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to get us settled into the apartment with our mountain of costumes, props and other baggage. The apartment itself was fantastic, they billed it as luxury and we were not disappointed. Pristinely clean, extremely well appointed with everything you're going to need and more. Beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet at night thanks to the thick double glazing. The apartment is Clean, warm, very comfortable and the views are absolutely stunning. We will definitely be booking again next time we're back at the Excel. I would give 6*s if I could.

I highly recommend Capital stay. I always choose here to stay for work or even to just have a break from the city life. It’s like a home away from home. Convenient location with many things to do around, also many supermarkets and restaurants around. 5mins from the station. Friendly customer service and always willing to help you regardless of the time. Zak and Ezra were really helpful with my stay. Thank you guys for an excellent service.

I stayed for 2 nights at Capital Stay apartments and I must say the view was amazing! The apartment was clean and well serviced with ammenities. Furthermore, it was not far from any stations so it was quite easy to get into central london. Raghda was incredibly helpful whenever I had an enquiry and she made sure that all my questions were thoroughly answered. She recommended Nakhon Thai for a dinner with a view and it was amazing food!

Strong relations with Ahmed Sallah

Ahmed was a considerate and helpful agent. He spent the time to build a relationship with us to understand our needs and get to know us a lot better. On our journey together he often provided solutions or worked with us to create same. We felt that we were in good hands and that he would be fair and honest in all his commitments. I would recommend him and Capital Stay at any time.

Fantastic experience!

Ahmed was very helpful throughout the process and dealt with all issues in a professional manner. This was our first home and Ahmed was always readily available to answer all our questions. On his own accord he organised things for us outside of his direct responsibility when we needed help. We were very happy to exchange the contracts even before the planned date! I can really recommend Ahmed as a fantastic estate agent!

My family and I enjoyed our time at Capital Stay while on vacation. The apartment was ideal for a family with young children. It was spacious and comfortable; with all the amenities you could think of. The children had several recreational options which was a bonus. Not forgetting the service provided by Akil, he was exceptional; alway patient, positive and polite.

Excellent communication and instructions on where to go. Personally greeted and taken to our accommodation a short walk away. The apartment was basic, but clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. Had kettle, fridge, microwave and TV with WiFi. The best thing was the view from the 10th floor, especially at night. Great price and place to stay for a short break/ work. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
