GoogleGenuinely the most awful experience with an estate agents I've ever had. Attempted to sell us a property, but clearly had no interest in doing so whatsoever and tried to string us along for months. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Dear Desai, We are saddened to read your review as our intention truly was genuine. You were made aware during your viewing, and again at the offer stage, that there was going to be an onward purchase which the sale depended on. You were kept up to date with progress and were subsequently informed that an onward property could not be sourced and, as such, the property you were interested in was taken off the market. As a commitment to you, when your offer was accepted, we marked the property as 'Sold STC'. We were all disappointed that the proposed sale could not go ahead. Unfortunately scenarios like this can happen when purchasing and selling property. We are sorry you feel this way but we do think your comments are unfair.
