GoogleHave only got positive things to say about Alter & Cope and in particular Antony. I was a first-timer buyer and really appreciated the support I got throughout the process. Especially as it took longer than expected on the solicitor side of things, he was always responsive, pushed to keep things moving, and has even been really helpful post completion. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe sold our house in Buckhurst Hill. Alter and Cope helped immensely throughout the process. They were extremely helpful with the initial valuation and we always got feedback from viewings. They were also on hand to accommodate us logistically for the viewings. After we found the buyer they were always responsive and helpful to any questions we had. A sale can be stressful but they made our lives a lot easier with constant, helpful and responsive communication. 10/10

GoogleTalking to customers who want to viewing the house is very disrespectful and rude. We want to make an appointment to view the house before deciding to buy, not that after seeing it we have to buy. I called and told them: I want to make an appointment to see the house and they immediately replied: Do you think you can buy it, can you afford to buy it, if not, then it will save both of our time.

GoogleWe were recommended Alter & Cope by a friend, and from the very beginning, they have been a pleasure to work with Antony and Lee. Both are very hands-on and highly responsive. During our initial meeting, Antony clearly explained their plan and the steps involved, including how they handle screening and shortlisting tenants before arranging viewings, as well as managing post-tenancy matters. This made the whole process much less stressful and easier to manage. All in all, it’s been a really positive experience, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful agent.

GoogleI dealt with Lee and Anthony last year who sold our property and found us a new home. They were both very professional and easy to deal with. As you can imagine moving homes is very stressful and both of them took away the stress and dealt with all communications on our behalf. GoogleLee Alter recently helped me with finding my apartment in London recently and I would definitely recommend him & his overall agency to everyone. The overall experience was extremely delightful and surprisingly smooth. Lee was always available and prompt to respond to any queries. Most importantly, he delivered on all the promises and made my transition process to the new apartment incredibly smooth. He went out of his way to make sure the apartment is in pristine condition before my moving date. I’ve been residing in my new apartment since a week now and I have had no issues whatsoever.
