GoogleUnresponsive when chasing rent deposit back. Contract states within 10 days but still waiting 20 days without hearing anything since that day. Wouldn’t recommend as things stand at all
Unfortunately John You didn’t leave our landlords rental property in the same condition as it was in when originally let to you. The property was brand new when you moved in, when you left required clearing, cleaning and decorating to bring it back to a rentable standard. Hazel emailed you regarding this after you moved out and we had no further contact from you until Tuesday this week via email. MyDeposits will deal directly with you now regarding your deposit. They will have contacted you when Hazel reported the condition the property was left in to them with the costs of the repairs that exceeded the deposit they originally protected, here is their number 0333 321 9401
