Would like to thanks Mark and the whole Team at Towcester Homes over the last 3 years we have used their services for rental and then selling our property. I have used Towcester Homes to sell, buy and rent so I can say with some authority and experience that it is a fantastic team. Both property sales moved swiftly and I felt very well supported by Mark (as a seller and a few years later as a purchaser), and then again when I was helped by the awesome Hazel on the lettings side. As a team they all work together brilliantly, and the business supports the local community greatly, sponsoring various primary school activities and grass root sports. Why is the viewing lady showing no interest is about the property? I do understand you had other viewing before and do have after, but she was so cold, enthusiastic with the couple she had a viewing before us, and same energy with the guy after our viewing. She looked like we were wasting her time, eager for us to leave. I honestly felt racially profiled. A big lost for the home owner, please do not huddle by looks. In reply to your response, my sister confirmed to have booked a viewing. If we didn’t have a viewing booked we wouldn’t have wasted our time to attend. Our time is precious, if we didn’t see potential, we wouldn’t have attended.

Dealing with Mark and his team was an absolute pleasure. They're all very helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. When buying a property you want someone that listens to your requirements and finds the house to match you, and that's exactly what they did. Mark is definitely the guy you want to sell your house! He's someone who goes on a proper journey with his clients and goes above and beyond to help them sell up and move. When I first met Mark after I put my house on the market I felt like I'd known him for years, he is very professional and so down to earth and nothing is too much trouble. Any messages I had left were answered straight away, I was never left waiting! All viewings were carefully thought about to fit around my 3 kids and there was no pressure. Thankfully my house didn't hang around on the market for too long and as we were buying a new build property he was often liaising with our developer to make our move as smooth as possible!
