TrustpilotTerrible agent - can't trust them at all.
Terrible agent. Accepted an offer from us and played us along. Utterly misleading and dishonest. Avoid. Would never get involved with them again on any property.

TrustpilotAppalling staff
I phoned today to book a viewing, I spoke to a girl named Amelia and was outraged by her tone and general lack of knowledge. If they can’t even check that their staff can speak correct English then I have no confidence in this company.

TrustpilotI had a wonderful experience at Mann
I had a wonderful experience at Mann. I worked mainly with Anne, she was there every step with us as we purchased our first home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when I was calling her for updates non stop! Great communication. Would definitely recommend Mann

TrustpilotNot instant
I’ve been online for a instant valuation, filled in my details and then the message. WE WILL CONTACT YOU SHORTLY. How can they be described as being instant. I will not be instructing them.

TrustpilotVILE Company.
The most horrific experience I have ever had with any estate agent. They NEED to be shutdown. Rude, disgusting and corrupt staff. Stay miles away from this company if you value your health. VILE.

TrustpilotThey don't pay attention to your budget
I gave Mann my details, and so far they've only been sending me properties which are out of my price range. I'm pretty sure they ask you your yearly income so that they can just decide what your budget REALLY is, and it's annoying as hell.

Terrible service received a quote asked them to go ahead and arranged the collection of the vehicle, not even been touched and sent another quote which was more than double the original, totally incompetent, would rather give no stars

Literally have never ever experienced service like this before. Avoid like the plague - incompetent, rude, unprofessional and probably illegal some of the ways they practice. AVOID!!!!

Poor agency... lot of problems with them, they are able to charge you more if you will miss the payment to them, but if you expect eg. Deposit back, then nobody care about it...

I would not even give them 1 star...they are basically scum, devoid of any professionalism or ethics, and could not be trusted. Some of their actions verge on illegal.

TrustpilotPlease offer a zero option
Awful in every way. Lies, avoidance and disinterest, except when adding extra charges for things they did not do.
