We have just used Austin & Wyatt to sell our house in Totton as we have relocated to South Wales. Honestly can't recommend them highly enough - great communication throughout, very responsive and hard working. In these difficult (Covid) times, they managed to get plenty of viewings for us and kept us informed at every stage whilst also adapting to our changing circumstances. Russell also set us up with a fantastic solicitor and ensured we went from offer accepted to completion in 11 weeks. Brilliant Estate Agents and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very happy customer - 10/10.

I've been pleased with the success of the selling process since moving the sale to Austin & Wyatt. I was originally keen to try smaller, local agencies, however, having spent some time on the market, I came to realise it's more about the exposure an agency has to potential buyers. A&W offered a realistic perspective of the market, an efficient process for reaching potential buyers, I was regularly updated on progress, and I reached a quick sale. Russell and Paula have provided a very good level of service to me throughout the sale.

Cutomer testimonial for Mr Hammond regarding the sale of his mothers property 10 Kinross Road, Rushington; Last autumn it became apparent that there was going to be a need to relocate my elderly widowed mother from Totton, where she had been living since 1955, down to Dartmouth in order to be nearer to me. In addition to being unable to come back to Totton at that particular time due to work commitments, i hadnt lived in that area for over 30 years and no longer had any contacts that could help me in this matter. Consequently, i was left with no option but to telephone around in the hope of finding a local estate agent, who would not only assist me with the sale of her property but also, and most importantly in my opinion, be able to deal with an elderly person at a difficult time in her life in a caring and sensitive manner. With the exception of Austin & Wyatt, all the other estate agents i telephoned came across as slightly lukewarm and not overly receptive to my predicament. Austin & Wyatt on the other hand were immediately helpful and straight away suggested marketing strategies and ways of minimizing the amount of potential disruption to my mother. Austin & Wyatt were the only estate agents whom I felt totally comfortable and who I sensed could deal with so far away. As well as being very professional and incredibly efficient both during and after the whole selling process, I have since found Austin & Wyatt in terms of finding me a buyer to be very approachable and in my instance very sensitive to a rather delicate and difficult situation.
