TrustpilotSecurity breach follow up?
So on Monday this week, I receive an email from Webbers Managing Director informing us all who signed up for property alerts etc that our personal data has been compromised via 3rd party organisations that are business partners of Webbers. We were promised an update within the next 24 hours? It is now Thursday 20:50pm… Radio silence. Not very reassuring if a Managing Director cannot even be bothered to provide some kind of follow up.

GoogleOverall, my experience of house-hunting, and ultimately agreeing a purchase, with Darren was great. Darren is clearly knowledgeable about the properties and area he covers. The experience he has is invaluable, and he is generous with his advice and information. But above all, he appreciates and navigates the human-side of the process too. He struck a great balance throughout. He kept me updated at key points in the process too. He was also very responsive and helped move the transaction along whenever needed. We had a (potential) roadblock which he helped unlock with his dedication! If I were ever to be again looking to buy or sell a property, I'd reach out to Darren first!

Terrible service from Nathan over the past couple of weeks! Absolutely impossible to book a site view on their Launceston site. Wanted a Saturday visit, but apparently no one there to do it. Tried for a Monday visit, but two days later Nathan had still not come back to me. Running two businesses myself for 25 years now, there is no way I will be dealing with this company going forward. If the service is like this to start with, goodness only knows how I would go on if I had a problem with the NHBC 10 year warranty (Buildmark)!
