Excellent service from Phillips Smith & Dunn of Bideford. James Fletcher, our contact, priced it well near the top of 3 suggestions and arranged a first class video and drone footage on a lovely day. Several escorted visits and 2 offers received at the asking price and he helped us choose the most appropriate and kept in contact at least weekly throughout the conveyancing and successful sale. Reasonable fee, always good to negotiate!

Excellent agents and would strongly recommend Ed Passmore. Emma is always very helpful and accommodating on the phone. love the virtual tours showing the properties inside and out. The stats show the amount of interest in each of the properties and helps us understand how busy they are as agents. They sold our property in two weeks and were there with us, every step of the way.
