She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and consistently went above and beyond to not only guide through the process but also gave fabulous input on our decor options. GoogleThroughout an incredibly lengthy sale the Bideford team at Phillips Smith and Dunn have been amazing. Kate was determined to be the one to sell my property and even turned up with flowers for the house on a last minute viewing as she knew how important it was to me. Her enthusiasm, humour, honesty and friendly personality is exactly why I trusted her to sell my house. Teresa's tenacity to try and keep things moving and get answers during delay periods is admirable. Ed was fantastic at helping me understand complications and help me make informed decisions. I had continuous communication with them over a long period of time and they were always supportive, patient and professional. Thank you all for getting to my new home and life!

On the whole we had a pretty painful move as a result of our solicitors, BUT through all the twists and turns they threw our way - Kate remained a voice of calm, and allowed us to still find some form of excitement for our move with all the stress going on! She was able to let us into the house to measure up for furniture even on late notice. Transparency was really important to us for the process of buying this house and Kate and the PSD team were always very helpful to answer all the questions we had about the house. GooglePhilip Smith & Dunn Bideford were the agents looking after the property I recently bought. Both James Fletcher and Monique Fulford were always helpful and informative and were a strong team. I dealt mainly with James who helped me, despite some difficult set backs, navigate the process from the initial viewing, placing an offer to the sale, reaching a very satisfactory conclusion It is my ideal home and after nine months of searching was determined to try and buy it and James helped to steer the sale to conclusion, communicating skillfully with all parties. He was always well informed, proactive, communicated swiftly and inspired confidence in the process. His personable, approachable and friendly manner made the process so much better. He and the agent selling my house were the best we encountered in a year long process, dealing with all the major agents in the area and I can not thank him and Monique enough. They even presented me with some prosecco and delicious biscuits, funded from their own pockets, to celebrate when I collected the keys, such a kind, thoughtful and memorable touch. I will recommend this Bideford team to anyone buying or selling in the area and wish them every ongoing success.

GooglePS&D have recently sold my house and I would highly recommend them for their unfailing optimism, professionalism and communication. Despite the current challenging market Edward kept in contact with me offering reassurance and updates sometimes in the evenings and on weekends, Emma stepped in with the same contact when Ed was away and, last but not least, Katharine from the same office went the extra distance on negotiations. Can’t thank them all enough.

FacebookWe sold our house with James Fletcher from the Bideford branch, I can’t recommend him enough, he is enthusiastic, dedicated and always there to answer your calls and keep you informed with everything going on, my husband and I have dealt with a lot of estate agents before deciding to sell with Phillips Smith & Dunn and none of these agents have anything on the professionalism and service we received from PS&D. As a construction company ourselves we are disappointed that we will not be able to sell our future projects with James as we have now moved out of North Devon. Thank you James, you were fantastic. FacebookSold our house with James Fletcher at Phillips Smith & Dunn it sold very fast with alot of interests and we were kept up to date with all viewings and offers unfortunately the house fell through first time but James was quick to get it back on the market and sale agreed again with in 4 days. GoogleFrom the initial visit by James Fletcher to view the house for auction and subsequent visits/contact by Edward Passmore, I was impressed with the Company's welcoming approach, which put me at ease. Everything was explained and nothing was too much trouble. It was good to have their support on the day of the auction and the reserve price was set just right. I would certainly recommend this Company.

Kate managed our viewings and was excellent at keeping us informed and providing feedback.
