Right from the initial introduction Ben has presented himself as highly professional, very well informed and completely up to date with digital marketing. His advice to us has been spot on and somewhat surprising in its accuracy. He advised us to pitch our house sale at a higher level than we expected and this has proved to be the right strategy as it has sold at the higher end of our expectations within a week of going live. Ben has organised three physical viewing, of which we had offers from two, so clearly his skills in identifying the right people and ensuring that they are in a position to proceed proved to be invaluable. In this Covid world, we were particularly impressed with the way Ben controlled the viewings and ensured that all parties followed the rules and were kept safe.
