Having had a property already fall through with another estate agent I was apprehensive about starting the process again, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about with Pegg estates. From the moment we first phoned about the property, the customer service was exceptional- we never felt rushed and, unlike some other agencies, the agents showing us around were very knowledgeable about the properties and the area. Once we’d made an offer Aimee managed our purchase and from the minute the offer was accepted the communication was incredible, with regular updates and reassurance. We requested that things moved as quickly as possible and incredibly it took just 8 weeks for our purchase to complete. The team were absolutely on it at all times, from chasing down solicitors to checking in, which meant the process was totally smooth and pretty much stress free. I could not recommend the team highly enough, and in particular Aimee, who is so wonderful to work with. Every member of the team that you talk to seems to love their job and the company, which is lovely to see and shows what a great job the owners are doing.

We decided to sell our House with Pegg Estates in August 2025 and by September 2025 we had sold the house. They are all a great team from Charlotte who came out to do the initial valuation, to all the ladies who worked hard especially Meg and Caitlyn and especially Jordan who sold it for us and got exactly what we wanted for it. Big shout out to both Ben and Aimee for all the behind the scenes work that they do and to help the sale commence and conclude in a quick and timely manner. Would highly recommend anyone to use them for a great professional and friendly and reliable service. If I ever moved back to Torbay area would use them again.

I worked with Megan recently while checking out a property. Megan was super helpful from day one, always quick to reply, really easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Due to a change in my domestic circumstances, I am trying to downsize my property, and was quite uncertain as to how to approach the market, with view to achieving a quick but sensible priced sale, I do need to move on sooner rather than later. I had quite an extensive conversation with Charlotte, who gave me wider options to consider & was a lot quicker in getting back to me, than other valuations I had. Charlotte was very patient, attentive in her listening, and professional with her responses and proposals, the communication has been great so far, and all viewings so far have been positive. Jake Wilson, from the Torquay branch, took me round several properties last week, looking for my next home in the Torbay area Jake was very kind and nothing was too much trouble Jake goes the extra mile making sure you are happy and safe, getting you round to each property Even offers, to take you to the next property, when the property is with another estate agent or back into town to save the hassle of the bus ride Jake drove me round to each property giving me plenty of time to view each one Jade was very knowledgeable about the properties and also places to grab a coffee or bite to eat which was much appreciated I have found several nice properties on the Peggs website, The website is very user friendly Jordan in the office is very good at fitting in viewings at short notice I am looking for a property which has good transport links, so I don't need a car An OAP with mobility issues with a small budget found lots of suitable properties with this Estate Agent Well done Peggs but Jake Wilson is the lad, who will find me my next home in Torbay An enjoyable experience, and Jake helped it, making it a less stressful situation which it was becoming with other estate agents in Torquay

Pegg Estates what can I say definitely the “top” selling agent in Torquay! We had a sale going through and unfortunately the chain collapsed we was devastated! Ben and his team were instrumental in selling a property myself and family inherited. We had a very bad experience with Your Move in Newton Abbot. Don’t use them! Ben was very knowledgeable and we felt we could trust him and his team completely. They worked hard negotiating the sale, helping the prospective owners sell their property also, despite the fact they were with another estate agent. Unfortunately Your Move had to be paid the estate agent fee as they initially introduced the property to the prospective owners, even though they did very little work. Your Move were not transparent about this clause and they did not give Ben a list of the viewings that had already taken place. They were also unwilling to split the fee which would have been the fairest thing to do. Your Move are just interested in profit. Ben could have made the decision to charge us also but he didn’t. I think a lot of estate agents don’t have the same moral compass as Ben and this really sets him and the team apart. I highly recommend using Peggs, they provide a 10/10 service and went above and beyond for us. We can’t thank the team enough.

Best customer service I've ever had ! I will recommend Peggs to anyone who needs an Excellent Estate agent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Jake taking the time to find out some history of the building . Aimee has been the best in sorting and solved problems. Having a very difficult situation with solicitors and others involved in the sale ..Aimee made my sale work.. helping way beyond what her job description is. She's really the company's biggest asset.
