Because of them, we had a lovely experience within the process of buying our first home and they’ve made it less stressful for us. Jenny, Jamie and Jon always went beyond their job role for us. FacebookWell done Carl ,Jenny and the staff , you did well to hold it together, excellent service ,always responded to phone calls and dealt with problems with out delay, i would have confidence in recommending you company to my friends , you did a really good job in a professional manner. Your accounts office in the head office needs shaking up , it is a worry to me in giving your letting department the job of finding a tenant. The problems seems that promises are made to release funds due to the landlord are not carried out, and it took me 3 months to get a refund of overcharging fees. The directors need to get a manager that can make sure that refunds are dealt with without delay.this of course is not a reflection on you or your staff. Best wishes, Chris Mead

GoogleHad a valuation on my property recently with a view to rent but with the current pandemic we've decided to put this on hold. Emma Burrows called me today; she was enthusiastic and gave me that pick me up we needed in the current circumstances. When we are ready to put our house up for rent, thanks to the service we have received from Emma, we wont hesitate to use Haart.

FacebookAbsolutely disgusting service. I asked them to remove my card details from the file as I did not want then taking any money, they took money the next day..... money that they hadn't even had authorisation from me to take originally! My card was then used for fraudulent activity. They have confirmed a refund will be issued but I have been waiting weeks and nobody responds to me anymore.

FacebookVery rude customer service from the manager. Tried to raise a concern but laugh down the phone very rude would not recommend to buy from them or sell
I’m sorry it wasn’t good news yesterday with your offer and I understand you being frustrated but obviously the vendor wished to proceed with a another offer which was received from a cash buyer with no chain and as you haven’t sold your home she could now hold the property for you due to her circumstances, good luck for the future.
