Jenny and her team have been fantastic throughout our house sale. Nothing was too much trouble and they overcame all the obstacles that were thrown at them. All the staff are friendly and punctual. It was like gaining new friends during the whole sale process. Carl, Jenny and Jamie were on hand whenever i needed anything. Well done guys keep up the good work !

They are friendly and efficient, I was verbally told that it would go through 6 to 8 weeks as I was a cash buyer and no chain involved. but I only found out about probate once the searches were done and the whole purchase took over 4 and half months. Perhaps the property should have not gone on the market until probate was sorted I am not a rocket scientist so there you go if that helps any body. Finally they are very helpful.

We decided to put our house on the market with haarts Torquay almost 16 weeks ago, they could not get the description of our property correct from day 1, we were not informed of what percentage the fee would be, also not informed how long we would our contract would be, we were never given a proof to check over before it went live online and it stated we had a shared garden (which we don't and with it being a family home I imagine this would have put people off instantly) and numerous other errors, we rang the local office and spoke to numerous agents on many different occasions to get it changed, after 12 weeks we were severely fed up and felt no option but to write a formal letter, guess what they finally changed it, sadly by this point we had probably lost our potential buyer as the first few weeks are the ones where you get the most interest. I've today emailed the manager and asked to be released from our contract with immediate effect to change to another agent and we have had no reply which is odd as usually they reply quite promptly. So I guess this will also be dragged out! Totally fed up and this is the first time we have ever attempted to sell a house, majorly put us off but opened our eyes! There solution was to drop the price, which we did and still hardly any interest. Although the staff are always very polite and friendly I get the impressions their targets are the only thing that drives them not selling your home. I have just read the other reviews and half of them are staff that made reviews! Not professional at all!

Lauren is who usually deal with our questions (or sometime Sarah) They always trying to help and get everything sorted quickly. Also they always really nice and lovely. Definitely recommend as I dealt with other agencies where once sale done they become rude and dont care anymore but Haart not like them they are brilliant.

I have used Haart to let out my property in Torquay. The staff are all very professional and friendly but the initial set up was a nightmare with wrong information and mistakes being made. The previous manager was sacked as a result of this and a new manager has taken over. Since her introduction everything seems to have improved, calls are dealt with properly and the flow of information is much better. I give 3 stars as a mix between the 2 different managers but the split would probably be 1 star with the previous and now 5 stars with the new. She is doing a great job and hopefully turning the office around.
