being this was my first time moving out i didn’t have the best experience from the beginning however, Sarah has been dealing with ongoing issues that were left ignored before lockdown, this lady has demonstrated an impeccable amount of hard work and genuine care since i first spoke to her on the phone! i was so so stressed and she had to deal with me on the phone being super stressed and handled it incredibly. she has gone above and beyond for me and for the first time in a long time i no longer feel stressed down to sarah solving the problem very efficiently. i couldn’t thank her enough for what she’s done, she’s a true credit to your company

Me and my partner where looking to move to the area, I first contacted Emma Burrows on Monday about a house we where looking at renting, yesterday she put up a virtual tour (to keep in with the government guidelines) and within 5 hours it was mine! The service was incredible if I could give 6 stars I would!! Best service I have ever received from an estate agents and I haven’t even met her! Would 100% recommend Haarts Torquay! This is my first time renting a property and the staff at Haart in Torquay have made it a very simple and enjoyable experience. They are a very friendly team with great communication between all staff members - making your renting/purchasing process so much easier. The online portal that Haart use is simple to understand and allows you to track your progress and be aware of what tasks are still needing completion. In particular I would like to say a special thank you to Emma Scott who has made herself available for me to speak to whenever I have any questions ( and I've had a lot of questions!!). Emma and the team have been brilliant from the start and I am so glad that I have chosen Haart in Torquay to rent with.

I contacted a number of Letting Agents in Torquay regarding my property and Emma was the first to respond by a long way. She was extremely helpful from the outset, always courteous and professional throughout our discussions. Emma assessed my situation quickly and was able to give me speedy and sound advice. On this occasion I did not complete the deal but that was due to other circumstances. Haart's will be top of my list for any future lettings I decide to progress and cannot recommend Emma highly enough.

Hang your head in shame HAART. My friend has come down from kent to work with us and moved into one of the properties you manage. The property needed work doing before she moved in, you promised it would be done, It wasn't. Since she has moved in, around 6 weeks now, the property has been flooded TWICE!! so bad the first time that her furniture was going moldy and this made her ill. Reported to you numerous times but no work was done to rectify this. Now it has been flooded a second time and is so bad she has had to move out. You were happy to take her deposit and payments of nearly £2000.00. It is a legal requirement that your landlords make the property habitable which is taken from your website. YOU are a disgrace!!!!!! This isnt over I can assure you

The whole team at Haart have been exceedingly helpful throughout our sale. Jamie provided us with a thorough explanation of their contractual terms. We discussed the best approach to sell the flat and to achieve the best price. The flat was advertised promptly and they were more than happy to make changes to the web pages at our request. Carl kept us informed of all viewings, although we weren't living there at the time as it was a holiday flat. We were provided with the reasons for any rejections so we could assess if any changes to the advertising literature or price was necessary. All our correspondence with the team of Jamie, Carl, Alice and Jenny was very professional. Each of them 'had their finger on the pulse' and could give an up to date review of the current situation. There was no, "I'll get someone to call you back." In the short period up to exchange of contracts, Jenny made continual contact with both solicitors to ensure there were no problems and exchange wasn't delayed. The final result was a sale price 11% higher than advertised. Thank you Haart!

I first learned about Haart on Rightmove and noticed that they offered a large number of flats to let with many of them being within my budget. I phoned Haart when I arrived in England and a very pleasant, professional gentleman answered the phone and took my information. The following day I had a phone call from Jemma, the Branch Manager who made an appointment for me to view a flat the following week when I would be in Torquay. Jemma was also very professional, pleasant and well mannered and her advice was most helpful. My experience with the staff in Haart was great and I highly recommend this agency.

Big thank you to Jenny and Carl at haart Torbay for their help with a house purchase.Due to unforeseen complications it took some months for the deal to go through but Jenny chased the sellers almost daily and kept me informed.
