GoogleWell done chaps. Regular contact with updates kept me positive over a very difficult period of time with houses just not selling. We got there in the end though JP

FacebookHaving recently purchased a new build property and being tied to their appointed agent, being able to call upon the expertise and professional service of UrPad Online Devon provided me with assurance and complete understanding throughout the purchase. I would have no hesitation to personally use and recommend the services of UrPad Online Devon for any further property advice and agents.

FacebookThis is a gentleman who calls u 'buddy' as a customer who claims he is professional - yet can't send an email to update you - similar agents have warned us of his practices and when we paid for his services we had to pay his wife - stay away from 'Ian Clarke'

FacebookCan’t recommend UrPad highly enough. Fantastic from Day One, through all the COVID trials and tribulations and all the other unexpected events that cropped up from nowhere. Unfailingly uplifting with only the parents’ best interests at heart. Absolutely wonderful.

FacebookIan services extend beyond those of a traditional estate agent at a fraction of the cost. Contactable all hours and knowledgeable of the process. His involvement was positive and meant things progressed more smoothly than they might of.
