GoogleClarke and Co have been brilliant during all aspects of our house sale. Ian worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly and very importantly kept us updated weekly and when needed daily. Ian and his team liaised closely with our buyers agent and solicitor dealing with a range of enquiries smoothing over any issues at an early stage. I would recommend Clarke and Co without reservation and would certainly use them again.

Ian alerted us to the property as soon as it came on the market and helped negotiate a smooth purchase. He kept in touch with everyone throughout and was proactive in moving things along.
