I have just sold a flat through Urpad and the service I received from Ian and his team was second to none. The flat was sold within a week of being listed with Urpad (after months of being with another agent with no movement). During the sale, Ian continuously kept us updated, liaising with both solicitors and pushing things through. The level of service is outstanding and the price a fraction of other agents. Amazing service from Ian and Charlie in Topsham. Agreed a flat fee for selling my property which was a fraction of the percentage quotes from other local estate agents. Ian had a prospective buyer immediately on my going onto the market and provided all of the negotiation services on my behalf. We are so glad we selected Clarke Estates to market our home and would highly recommend them. We interviewed another local agent but were unconvinced that they understood the unique proposition that our house represented, nor did they demonstrate any real understanding of the Topsham market. Ian, on the other hand, has an amazing knowledge and feel for Topsham and its community, and he ‘gets’ Topsham’s properties. He genuinely seemed to love our house as much as we do. He introduced viewers with passion and worked day and night to achieve our asking price, often making calls and sending emails on our behalf outside office hours.
