GoogleThe only estate agents i trust! And that means really so much. We bought our first house through Waghorn, and just sold / bought through them. This was not a stress free experience (is it ever!?) but they worked so hard to smoth out all the bumps along the way - which included our house being on the market 3 times. We got there in the end. They will not fleece you, they will not tell you what they think you want to hear. They will not stalk you for business (I don't like this approch). They are straight, they will support you, they are experienced and know what they are doing.

GoogleWe viewed this property last week, the estate agent got in touch for us to put in an offer. My husband contacted them and place an offer higher than the advertised price and was told by the agent that they would get in touch next day in hope of negotiating a price. After a whole week, I contacted the agent to find out whether they were still having viewings, not realising it was us calling, the Agent informed us that the seller has already accepted an offer from a young couple and the house will now be placed under contract and taken off the market etc. I then said to her that we were waiting for her response regarding our offer and we were hoping to negotiate a suitable price, to our dismay she said "THIS IS NOT ABOUT YOUR MONEY, THIS IS ABOUT WHO THE SELLER IS COMFORTABLE WITH LIVING IN THE PROPERTY!". She also back track on on her initial statement, stating that the seller has not yet accepted an offer and that she will be putting our offer forward today to the seller and give us a decision - which she never did. This left us feeling very disappointed that this agent would just lie to our faces and be bias towards us when choosing a buyer. This is just a complete waste of our time and efforts driving all the way to Tonbridge to view the property for the agent to ignored our offer and push forward the buyer she favoured. FacebookI have just sold my house with Waghorn & Co & cannot recommend them highly enough. It was probably the toughest market in which to try & sell a house, but when I met John I felt confident that he would be able to do it! He & all of his team were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble & they made sure that each member of the team came to see the house so they could do viewings with confidence. With the scare of Brexit slowing down the market & a house being sold as part of a divorce, I am certain that it was one of Waghorn toughest jobs to date, but they did it! When the market was at it's slowest, they used good old fashioned estate agency & phoned every client they could think of that might be interested in buying our house. They never gave up & were in regular contact all the way through. I also bought my new house through them & would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling. Lisa in particular was absolutely fantastic & I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

FacebookI completed on a house purchase with Waghorn & Company on Friday, Lisa, Jack and their colleagues were excellent! Lisa responded to my many emails quickly and kept me updated at every stage. When I picked up the keys, it was all covid safe with everyone wearing facemasks. The keys were presented to me in a lovely box with a bottle of Prosecco and a candle which was a really nice touch. Thank you!

My fiance and I found our dream house with them but we couldn't make a final offer until we sold our flat so the agent promised she would keep us informed and let us know if anyone else bid on it to see if we could counter offer - I've not heard a word from them and I've just seen they've sold 😭
