GoogleWe moved into our new home, sold by Waghorn, in November '24. It is our first home, and we were so excited but we were also new to the whole process and as such there were some things we didn't understand. Lisa and Abbey, and all the staff at Waghorn, went over and above to make us feel comfortable and reassured. They were available whenever we needed them and always kind and efficient. Thank you for a really smooth and joyful experience!

GoogleWe have recently purchased our family home through Waghorn & Co, who were excellent. Given the property was empty, both Kirsty and Lisa did their upmost to facilitate various viewings at the property whenever they were required. They were both incredibly helpful and I cannot fault the service they provided us, both in person, via the phone and via email. Their communication was excellent and I always received a prompt response whenever required. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

GoogleWaghorns let my aunt's house and managed the tenancy, and following her death they sold the house on belhalf of my brother and me. They have always been professional and diligent, but quick to respond and friendly, and I've always felt I could trust them to do what was right for me and for the tenant. If I was an estate agent, this is how I would want to be.

GoogleWe put our property on the market with Waghorn's and were very impressed with their friendly yet professional approach. A change of circumstances meant we withdrew the property from the market before a sale had been achieved but they were understanding of our reasons. When we decide to market the property again we will have no compunction about using Waghorn's again, and would highly recommend them.

GoogleWaghorn and Company handled our property sale in Tonbridge. John, Lisa and Abbey were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. The photos and property listings looked great and the valuation was honest. Lisa and Abbey handled all of the viewings and we had many! They worked very hard to find the right buyer for us and conducted the viewings promptly and with minimal disturbance for us. Once the chain was complete the team were all pro-active in chasing and working with the chain and were actively involved in the sales progression side right up to completion day. Overall, great people to deal with - friendly, patient and professional. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Waghorn & Company again and heartily recommend them for property sales in and around Tonbridge.

I admit, when I initially thought about selling my house, I considered using Purple Bricks and /or other online agents to avoid "COMMISERY " (as the advert says!) I am so glad that I chose Waghorns. I honestly believe that without their intervention and negotiation that our sale could have collapsed. My experience has been that they are a good "old fashioned Estate agency" who know every property on their books and try to match prospective buyers, not just concerned with getting people through the door, they get the right people through the door. They ensure that potential buyers are fully aware of the property they are viewing . From the first visit to value my home I felt confidence in John's ability to sell my home, even in a challenging market. He also ensured all members of staff came to view my home so they could speak with confidence, enthusiasm and experience to potential buyers about my home. Waghorn and Company truly put their heart and soul into ensuring our sale progressed. When lower down the chain were seemingly not communicating effectively with their clients, it was Waghorns, specifically Lisa , who doggedly held the chain together and ensured that we got to the point where we were in a position to 'get over the line' to exchange, which finally happened today. HURRAH! Waghorns go above and beyond, it seems to me that each sale is personal as they are a small family run business and every sale matters.
