Waghorn and Company handled our property sale in Tonbridge. John, Lisa and Abbey were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. The photos and property listings looked great and the valuation was honest. Lisa and Abbey handled all of the viewings and we had many! They worked very hard to find the right buyer for us and conducted the viewings promptly and with minimal disturbance for us. Once the chain was complete the team were all pro-active in chasing and working with the chain and were actively involved in the sales progression side right up to completion day. Overall, great people to deal with - friendly, patient and professional. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Waghorn & Company again and heartily recommend them for property sales in and around Tonbridge.

Firstly I should say, I'm not being paid for this testimonial (honestly!) I admit, when I initially thought about selling my house, I considered using Purple Bricks and /or other online agents to avoid "COMMISERY " (as the advert says!) I am so glad that I chose Waghorns. I honestly believe that without their intervention and negotiation that our sale could have collapsed. My experience has been that they are a good "old fashioned Estate agency" who know every property on their books and try to match prospective buyers, not just concerned with getting people through the door, they get the right people through the door. They ensure that potential buyers are fully aware of the property they are viewing . From the first visit to value my home I felt confidence in John's ability to sell my home, even in a challenging market. He also ensured all members of staff came to view my home so they could speak with confidence, enthusiasm and experience to potential buyers about my home. Waghorn and Company truly put their heart and soul into ensuring our sale progressed. When lower down the chain were seemingly not communicating effectively with their clients, it was Waghorns, specifically Lisa , who doggedly held the chain together and ensured that we got to the point where we were in a position to 'get over the line' to exchange, which finally happened today. HURRAH! Waghorns go above and beyond, it seems to me that each sale is personal as they are a small family run business and every sale matters. The only estate agents i trust! And that means really so much. We bought our first house through Waghorn, and just sold / bought through them. This was not a stress free experience (is it ever!?) but they worked so hard to smoth out all the bumps along the way - which included our house being on the market 3 times. We got there in the end. They will not fleece you, they will not tell you what they think you want to hear. They will not stalk you for business (I don't like this approch). They are straight, they will support you, they are experienced and know what they are doing.
