There is an evident lack of proper and profesional care to customers, either tenants or landlords. The service we received from its manager was more in line of the one anyone will receive from a bully, he is definetly not a nice person. I have a number of letting properties in Tonbridge and Martin & Co look after them, in a professional way, where everything is explained upfront and offering excellent advice, when and if needed. They sometimes have to deal, with extremely difficult tenants who have not only been vindictive to me, but also to Martin & Co, without any due cause. The owner is always available and the rest of the team at Martin & Co are a credit to the company and to the profession as a whole. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI have dealt with Martin & Co in Tonbridge for 6 years now, and have found them to be reliable, professional and very pro-active when advising landlords of any forthcoming changes in the law, for both owners and tenants. I have noticed several negative reviews, in particular from people who have never actually dealt with Martin & Co, possibly resulting from a disgruntled tenant. These reviews are the complete opposite of my overall experience of the friendly and helpful staff at Martin & Co in Tonbridge High Street, going right back to 2016.
