GoogleFantastic experience with Leaders Tonbridge. Having first used them in 2018 and been impressed with both their diligence and professionalism its fair to say the team have continued to develop and go from strength to strength. Whereas a smooth sale is impressive its only during these testing times where external factors such as a global pandemic, lock downs, stamp duty holidays and continued uncertainty really allow a team to flex their muscle. Their market knowledge coupled with conscientious communication meant that despite countless curveballs I never lost any sleep or confidence that my sale was in safe hands. A special mention for Rebecca O'Connor who has been superb from start to finish whilst being expertly supported by both Katie and Giles throughout. 5 stars !!

I live in a different part of the country from the property that I sold through Leaders and they absolutely took care of everything in my absence. They kept me up-to-date by phone and email. Their 'can-co' approach is amazing. I would like to mention Katie and Keran in particular. Their friendly support during this stressful time really made a great deal of difference

GoogleThought I had a good experience, agreed a price with the owner only for an unforeseen circumstance to occur making us unable to come sign the papers due to a family member being ill, we informed Memmet of our issue asking him to hold on to them for five days as I had work and was unable to get down to sign them during the week, we heard nothing back from him. Come Saturday the house was gone to someone else.

The property we rent off them had an issue with the hot water and I contacted Leah regarding this and she got onto the case straight away and in less than 24hours we had 2 contractors come out and the issue was resolved. He has dealt with everything promptly, efficiently and courteously. He answered all of our queries honestly, finding answers quickly if he did not know immediately. He always returned our calls promptly and messages left for him were always passed on. We have also been pleased with all other aspects of our rental.
