We had the great pleasure of having Guy de Veya of the Jack Charles Tonbridge office both value and then sell our house. Sarah from the Tonbridge office held our hand beautifully during a not straightforward sale. The twists and turns were handled calmly, with humour when need, and communication was consistently good. We have Guy and Sarah to thank for the eventual successful sale - their professionalism, care, good advice and support was both hugely appreciated and unwavering throughout. They are evidently passionate about what they do and will support their clients through what can be a stressful process. The team went over and above from beginning to end. Worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. Knew nothing of my property when showing people around, had no contact with me during the sale process, left me the most unprofessional and rude voicemail by accident and then lost my keys on the day of completion! Don't waste your time or money with Jack Charles!

We are in our forever home thanks to JackCharles! The team worked really hard on both our sale and purchase as it was far from a smooth ride due to factors outside any of our control, however the team remained professional and the challenges were overcome. When there were pressing matters, we even had email responses far outside of ‘working hours’, as the senior team are dedicated to their business. They undertook all of our viewings for our sale and were accommodating when we viewed properties. If needed they prompted solicitors to keep momentum for the chain. Had a viewing this week to which I felt like the lady that shown us around didn't seem at all enthusiastic to be there and didn't feel like she was properly prepped for the appointment. Placed an offer on the property a day later, (spoke to another person He seemed more interested to deal with us) Though we still had to chase the same lady that originally was dealing with us for an answer from the estate agent who wasn't at all pro active!!

Great job on a tricky sale!

Paul & James (and the rest of the JC team) did a great job selling my house! It all started out so well with viewings booked the day it went on the market and an acceptable offer came in soon after! However, the sale process was not so simple and Paul had to do an amazing job to help me to get it over the line at the 11th hour just before the stamp duty deadline! Highly recommended.
