After my mum passed away unexpectedly and way too soon, I found myself having to single handedly deal with her estate. Having moved in to the family home in 1988 it had certainly been lived in, not run down to disrepair but at the same time no real updates on the property had taken place over this long period of time. It was always going to be stressful and a challenge but with that in mind it was the perfect property for a family home and for someone to put their own stamp on it and personally this was my hope.Adam from Wards took the lead and on evalution and first viewing of the property he understood fully without me having to really explain anything. He was fair with pricing, clear with explaining each reason positive and negative and made me feel like he just got it.From then on it was easy for me, on visiting the office Amy was always so welcoming, helpful and considerate. She made me feel like I wasnt alone in it, in a professional and caring manner, we laughed together as well. Meant alot.Throughout the process I recieved emails and phone calls updating me with informaton I needed to know nothing I could of just done without and the whole team in the office dealt with the sale in one aspect or another Tom, Tanya and Maria thank you.When an offer came in Alfie was exceptional at relaying the potential buyers concerns and interest to me, kept it clear what I needed to do my end and was honest about their queries.I can't thank the team enough.Sam Head

You were the first agents we spoke to and even though we weren't able to find a property through you, your team was always there to help. A special mention to Monika, from the first phone call/viewing she made a positive connection with us and was a joy to work with. As FTBs we didn't have a clue but she guided and assisted us in every way possible, even down to the finer details. She made sure we understood the process and gave us sound advice about legal representation. GoogleNot quite sure where the poor reviews have come into play here as our experience with Wards was above and beyond. Not only did they get us from SOLD to completion within 40 days! They also took time and care to resolve any worries and concerns that me and my partner had in regards to modern auction etc. Could not fault their efficiency and speed in everything they did. Especially Monika and Lauren who was always in full knowledge anytime I phoned. Never a question left unanswered. I think it is apparent that you get what you pay for and whilst we had "cheaper" agencies value it was clear they was not offering the behind the scenes devotion to selling our house that Lauren and Monika offered. I would also mention when we bought this house 5-6 years ago Lauren sold it to us then and has always been in touch ever since to see how we have been getting on. Even sending us a card when we got married. It is the little details that make Wards of Snodland market leaders compared to the others.

This review is for Tina Styance. What an asset she is to Ward & Partners. She looked after us through our first and second purchase and sale (an absolute nightmare chain) and I never evet felt anything was ever too much. She kept me updated through the whole 9 months and she fought for us to get where we are now. She was by far the best sales progressor out of our whole chain and I was so pleased that she was ours. I would use wards again but purely because of Tina. The sales side was okay but she really was what kept everything together (including me) throughout the whole process, Thank you Tina. Wards Ashford was awful, promise top rate service and fail to deliver. weekly marketing updates confirmed pitiful marketing to the point of embarrassment and a request to stop the updates as it only evidenced just how bad the service is. Contract heavily loaded in Wards favour, no open house as promised, no for sale board without chasing and then not as promised. If on-line failed to deliver leads then Wards have no proactive marketing approach.Worst experience ever,
