Excellent experience at Kings Hill branch of Wards

Excellent experience with the Kings Hill branch in West Malling whilst buying a property from them, especially Be Chapman who went above and beyond with help and advice during the process and always kept in touch as well as being very knowledgable about the area. I found all the staff but especially Be to be warm, welcoming, ready to answer any questions i had and totally professional through out which made for a smooth purchase of my property would highly recommend this branch.

We recently purchased our new home through wards. We really can’t thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. They kept us updated they chased for updates and information about the chain and pushed to get it across the line. They really do try their best to get the best outcome across the whole chain and made us feel more comfortable when we felt things were going quiet. Big shout out to Chloe Yas Lewis and Debbie. What a team they are and what lovely people they are too. Always happy and communicative no matter how many time you call and chase and ask for updates really l made the process smoother and easier for what is a very stressful time.

My son is in the process of buying his first property and I contacted Wards in Snodland to book a viewing of one of their properties. I spoke to a lovely lady called Monika who was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful estate agent I have ever dealt with (I’ve dealt with a few in my life, most of them rubbish). She was excellent at her job, very friendly and enthusiastic, it was nice to speak to someone who genuinely wanted to help. She spent a lot of time talking me through lots of details and giving me some excellent advice. I asked for recommendations for a solicitor and she highly recommended Martin Tolhurst, who was also excellent. She also recommended that my son talk to Mortgage Matters, a highly regarded mortgage broker, who has been brilliant and is in the process of getting a much better deal for my son than one he was offered elsewhere. Although my son ended up putting an offer in on a property with another agent, Monika has still offered any help or advice we may need. There is a marked difference between Wards and the estate agent who is selling the property my son is buying. They’re nowhere near as good but unfortunately we have no control over that. If we’re buying or selling property in the Kent area again Wards will be the estate agent we go to. Excellent service, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I cannot express how amazing the team at Wards, Snodland have been! Lauren Kelly was our first initial point of contact when we put our property up for sale through Wards and she really took the time to sit down with us and explain the whole process from start to finish. She made myself and my partner feel reassured that they had our best interests at heart. She answered any questions we had with ease and was such a pleasure to speak with. From then onwards we had the pleasure of liaising with Monika and Swarnim who are both brilliant! They kept us up to date with news about our property and really pushed to get viewings for us. I must shout out Swarnim separately as he was incredible, and really made us feel as though we were speaking to an old friend. Finally, I must give our biggest thanks to Emma (sales progressor) who was absolutely fantastic! Our experience with Wards of Snodland has genuinely been fantastic from start to finish. The whole team have been amazing, but we especially want to thank Emma Penfold. Once Emma took over as our sales progressor, the level of care and support really stood out. Her dedication, attention, and constant updates gave us so much reassurance, particularly during the final stages leading to exchange. We truly cannot thank or recommend her highly enough. Likewise, Lauren and Monika in particular, were outstanding throughout. They were always approachable, friendly, and happy to help, which made such a difference. We will never be able to thank Monika, Lauren and the rest of Wards enough!! We used Wards after being really let down by another estate agents! And they really did come to the rescue! They sorted opened houses, did mass ring rounds and even after a mishap with our buyer sorted out even more viewings for us all within 24hrs!! The ladies are so professional and really do get know their sellers and the properties to find the right buyers! We went via a cooperate process and Lauren and Monika went above and beyond dealing with the company and all the other agents in the chain to try and make it as smooth for us as possible! I never usually write reviews, but Monika truly deserves one. As a first-time buyer, I was feeling quite overwhelmed and unsure where to start. I contacted Wards to enquire about a property, and Monika, the Senior Sales Manager, went above and beyond. She gave me so much of her time, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Urgent release of tenancy deposit required

I have tenants who are experiencing financial hardship and who are moving out of one property I own into another. This required releasing the deposit on the first property to make it available for the second. It transpired that the release request had been sent to the wrong email address and this was the reason for them not having received it. With only 3 days until they moved into the new property and need the deposit, we called to see if we could chase it up. I spoke to Sangeetha who quickly grasped the problem and contacted both her accounts team, the tenant and myself and managed to quickly resolve the issue and get the deposit to the tenants on time. We are all very grateful to her and thank her for her speed and professionalism.
