We switched to KHP at their Snodland branch and had an asking price offer within 2 weeks. Their commitment is commendable. We have had continual updates throughout the whole process they have chased the chain and given feedback weekly. I would highly recommend KHP to both buyers and sellers.

Very impressed, property was put on the market within a day or so, that weekend 5 viewings and 3 offers, two of which were over the asking price. The best offer was accepted and everything went smoothly without any hiccups. All staff very friendly and helpful, questions answered professionally and quickly, phones always answered promptly n a professionally welcome. I would definitely recommend using.

Caroline from the West Malling branch deserves a special mention. Patient, calm, communicative, friendly and empathetic, everything you need at the sales progression stage to keep the chain moving and avoid things falling through. I would say she saved the day a few times! You’re in good hands if she’s taking care of you.Caroline's professionalism definitely improved our general impression of KHP who we felt had overpromised and underdelivered to get our business, both in terms of price we could get for our house and number of viewings promised.

I have found the customer service from KHP to be outstanding. The team - particularly Be, but also Julie - have gone the extra mile in every respect of the house sale/pre-sales process. The assistance has also encompassed support in dealing with the tenants who were renting my property prior to the sale. Helping in finding them a place to move to and also advising me as I navigated this tricky situation, whilst dealing with the inferior services of the 'official' letting agent. At all times, their professionalism and kindness have been second to none. Thank you both and to all the team at KHP.

As a buyer of a new build property sold by KHP I found the team at the West Malling office fantastic. Responsive, helpful and a delight to deal with. A special mention must go to Georgia who was always so pleasant on the phone and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance with all my questions! GoogleI don’t normally write a review however I am making an exception in the case of KHP Country Homes I would never recommend them to anyone for anything they where rude and the lack of customer care after my deposit was received was awful.
Sorry to hear you feel this way, it is never our intention. It was unfortunate the service your required was not something we or any estate agent supplies unless you are purchasing a new home. This was explained and an alternative, more than we would do on any other completion, was offered. Our client the seller was happy with the service provided. I am sorry if we did not explain enough how the process actually works. We wish you well in your new home.
