An absolute 5 star experience from valuation to completion.

Conscientious, attentive service with amazing communication and a super-fast sale. I had to sell my late father’s house through probate which I honestly thought was going to be a nightmare (on top of all the other challenges that go with a relative passing). But Louise, Toby, Natalia and Denise were fantastic, all playing their part in the listing, sale and progression to completion. I’ve bought and sold before and found it to be the worst, but these guys were genuinely the best! Would recommend to anyone.

Choosing the right agent

After trying other estate agents in the area to sell my property that over promised and definitely under delivered, i was recommended to give Kings Hill Country Homes, West Malling a try. The lovely Louise came and valued my property and very quickly had my house on the market. Once we had a buyer and completed chain, Megan took over the progression, working closely with Louise in keeping me up to speed. Not one of the simplest chains for numerous reasons, both Megan & Louise were constantly on top of everything, working with the solicitors.

Delighted with the service we received from start to finish with the team at KHP Snodland. (Louise and Emily) Everything Louise said they would do, they did and you can't get much better than that! Honest appraisal and realistic expectations meant that there were no surprises during the selling process. Fantastic photographs, accurate floorplans and a welll written brochure contributed to a number of viewings booked in the first week and we accepted an offer after being on the market for 10 days. KHP West Malling were exceptional when…

KHP West Malling were exceptional when we were both selling and buying through them. It was a long process with a very slow market but they secured us a buyer with excellent advice all the way through. Where they really came into their own was after this at the sale progression stage. I can’t stress enough how wonderful the support was from Megan who was firmly in our corner and really managed the process. I confess it’s a side of estate agency I hadn’t given much thought to before but give that girl a medal she got it over the line and was a total pleasure throughout even on the most stressful days. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Louise and the team at KHP have been fantastic during our sale and house buying experience. We had an awful chain which from when it completed to when we moved took 9 months. In that time Louise was 1000% the best agent in the chain. We were updated constantly, she chased and harassed other agents and solicitors like it was her own house move. If we had been using anyone else I think we would have walked away. All of the team at KHP Snodland we’re brilliant, we mainly dealt with Abbie and Megan who were always so helpful and prompt at getting things chased for us, from the moment we put our house on the market with them and explained we were wanting it to sell quickly as we had bought another house already they did everything they could to get it sold for us and managed to find a buyer within 2 weeks, they had great communication and kept us updated regularly, i would definitely use them again
