GoogleNot worthy of one star, avoid this agency! All they are concerned with is getting you on the books, once you have signed the contract the service becomes shocking! From my experience they don't communicate between themselves or with the customer. They prioritise houses that haven't even signed onto their books and jeopardise potential sales of your house. They also don't have enough staff for viewings leaving you to do their job! If you like to be kept updated and want reports (not too much to ask)your met with poor attitude and empty promises. The sales techniques are also below standard.

GoogleSally, Karen and Linda have made moving into our new property as easy and hassle-free as possible. They were quick to organise a viewing for us and were really accommodating around my availability. They kept us well informed throughout the process and are always happy to answer any questions. An overall great experience.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleSuperb. All the team are fantastic! Both with the perfection of the photos, to the communication and drive to get people through the door for viewings. We ended up buying a new house, selling our current home and if we ever decide to move again, they will be the first people we'll call.Thank you Everyone. Mark and Lorraine

But the team at Local Agent Network, Toddington stuck to their task and delivered the desired outcome - showing both perseverance and professionalism - we would definitely use this friendly team again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI can't say enough positives about Local Agents. I brought my house through them and while the process was ridiculously long it was because of the solicitors not Local Agents. They couldn't have been more helpful. They were always there chasing everybody to make it go through quicker and went above and beyond. Highly recommend them whether you're buying or selling.
