It was a very happy experience from start to finish - the team were so knowledgeable of the property on viewings and helpful in gaining any further information we requested. As impressive was the communication with solicitors to ensure there were no unnecessary delays in the legal process. A very professional service. Thank you Dan, Laura and Hannah - we are so happy in our new house!

GoogleWe were purchasing a property through Boatwrights and I can't say enough great things about all of the team. Hannah was our viewing assistant and she was very genuine and didn't try to paper over the cracks. The person I spoke to the most was Laura, who guided us through the process and answered all our queries in a professional and timely manner. We met Dan when we picked up the keys and he was very welcoming and the little gift bag we received was a nice touch. I'd recommend anyone to use this branch, they're a great team who made the process of purchasing a property for the first time painless.

GoogleAs buyers we were very pleased the sellers were with Boatwrights! They were happy to help us at every step, kept us informed and were very knowledgeable. With an unexpected (and stressful) conveyancing delay outside of our control as we neared exchange, Dan was instrumental in advising us and even went the extra mile, knowing just who to contact to ask for updates to expedite everything through. He then even liaised with our conveyancers to get everything sorted. Highly recommended.
