whole team efficient and friendly but I must give a special mention to Paige who, new to the job, has certainly proved herself. She has been an enormous help, especially with my novice computer skills, and her patience has been very much appreciated.

GoogleI've come across alot of agencies and i would say this one would be the best, my partner was dealing with everything, with Dan fowler (apologise if ive spelt the name wrong) But he made our process stress free which you need on buying a house, recommened a mortage company and solicitors which saved us alot of time, were still in process but hopefully it will be done soon, i will update once it has been finalised thank you so much.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWhat should have been an exciting experience turned into an unpleasant one. Christian who was dealing with me made things difficult for me. From start to finish. I found him condescending and very pushy towards me. On the day I was to get my keys I was waiting in my car for 4 hours. I would not want anyone to go through what I did. Great Bridge (Tipton) - They were extremely poor customer service for 51/2 months with Nicola very rude. Khalil came and over valued our property to get our business and then constantly wanted to reduce the price.

GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful first experience! I arranged to view a property that I was keen on buying, As soon as we opened the door we were hit buy a strong smell of cannabis! OK so that could be be solved with some elbow grease? Then after doing a bit of research on Facebook, found the the property had obviously been used for drug dealing by the previous tenants? What an utter waste of time. I responded to them and heard nothing back of course!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GooglePaul Dubberley sold our house but it took time we carried out viewings as they don't always have people available only thing I would say is check the contract as they will try and put you on sole agency so you can't go with other estate agents for up to 12 weeks.

GoogleReview regarding mortgage, Dan the mortgage advisor is brilliant and over the years has got me great deals. However they have a offer, if you recommend someone to use their mortgage and the person proceeds with mortgage to complete, they will pay 100.00 however I got passed back and forth to connels and paul dubberley and they never gave me the recommendation money. If they dont want to pay out dont offer it.PositiveProfessionalism
