I wouldn’t recommend this place for sellers neither for buyers. As a buyer looking for property I saw one that has just come up on rightmove . When I called in to book a viewing I was told the offer has been made and they are no longer taking viewings. Later I found out it’s been offered “under the table” to an investor .. to me that is unfair and I’d call it corruption. I don’t think that’s how agencies should work but maybe I’m wrong so you can correct me.

I exchanged on my new house yday after a protracted and complex chain. I have a week before my mortgage offer at 2.4% lapses ( which would be replaced at 6%). So glad we went with S&G as our estate agent. They were thoroughly professional throughout the process and kept us up to date with any new developments but not the point where ever felt pressured or hassled by them where sadly a lot of estate agents often fall foul. Would certainly use them again when the time comes.
