As the owner of the business I take any complaints seriously and investigate fully. I would also be more than happy to discuss with you directly. In this particular case, the property you wished to rent had just been reduced by £55 per month, and the landlord was not willing to accept your offer of an even lower rent, especially given the fact that you could not move for 2 months and the property was vacant and available immediately. At no point were we aggressive or rude. My contact number is 0118 9420777 or Richard@patrickwilliams.co.uk.

GooglePatrick Williams have managed our property for almost 7 years and throughout that time it has been a pleasure to deal with them. The lettings team have been fantastic, always helpful and they do go the extra mile. Thoroughly recommended.
