As the owner of the business I take any complaints seriously and investigate fully. I would also be more than happy to discuss with you directly. In this particular case, the property you wished to rent had just been reduced by £55 per month, and the landlord was not willing to accept your offer of an even lower rent, especially given the fact that you could not move for 2 months and the property was vacant and available immediately.
