I've heard it all now... I moved ro Hereford 4 years ago and need to be back in Doncaster to be closer to my 80 year old parents. I only come back every other weekend at the moment and couldn't get a property viewing.

GoogleBi-annual house inspections aren't appreciated. Just another reminder that we're living in someone else's house. Leave the tenants to enjoy their homes please without feeling like they're under interrogation.
Inspections are mandatory and part of your lease which helps not only the tenant to talk about any issues but update the landlord. We have no records of you and do not know which property you are in. Can you phone the office to discuss.

Hi Katie, the property did go to best and final offers which is down to the vendors instructions. You were informed that until your financial qualification was submitted viewings would still take place. There was such a large amount of interest the vendor then wanted it to go to best and final offers and everyone was given the chance to submit their best offer. The vendor made the decision. Best and final offers are not uncommon. The vendor made the ultimate decision who they went with.

GoogleAbsolutely, 100% useless. Knew nothing about the property. Not one viewing. I cannot describe how lazy and uninformative they were. Avoid. Sitting around in a good market and doing nothing to be paid. Overpriced the property and set us up to fail.
