GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Portfield Garrard and Wright from start to finish. Particularly Jane , who kept in touch with me regularly throughout the whole process, which made it much easier for me. Her commitment to getting the best outcome was very important to me , especially as it was following the death of my Father. The company are all professional, knowledgeable, and updated me regularly.

Helen handled the relationship between us and potential buyers transparently and was quick to gain feedback after each viewing. Portfield’s role didn’t stop once an offer was agreed and managed the sale through to completion. A pleasure to work with the whole team!

GoogleWhat an amazing team … Portfield’s Tickhill office undertook the recent sale of my property. From my first meeting with Julian for a valuation - to my last visit to the office to hand over my keys to Julie - they have been brilliant, Their pro active approach really made for a quick sale , when hitches in the process with buyers and sellers arose they were so helpful in chasing matters up. They kept my solicitor in the loop and their patience was outstanding, they far exceeded their role. Also Julie, Zoe and Helen were so chatty and friendly it made the whole experience very pleasant, I would strongly recommend that anyone selling a property talks to Portfield’s

GoogleI couldn't recommend this company enough, brilliant sales team who made this process stress free and simple for me. I am a single mum who was clueless to the process and had a hell of alot on my plate, these guys took complete control updating me regularly and I found they always have my best interests getting me a great price for my property. There fees also were very reasonable, I would even say very cheap for the 5 atar service they offer. Use these guys I can promise you, you won't be dissaponted. Thanks Amy-Jo

The team at Portfield we’re excellent in providing a first class super efficient and very personal service. All staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times and especially Tanya who handled everything from our initial phone call to put the property on the market to completion, she would keep us up to date with the progress of the sale and always returning our phone calls with positive and reassuring advice. GoogleThe team at Portfield have been exceptional from promptly informing me of viewings to daily updates prior to completion. I had a very complex sale that has been challenging for myself and all the staff, in particular Tanya who has kept me posted all the way. They are a very professional, friendly team who always get back to you with any queries you may have. I would highly recommend using this company and cannot thank them enough for the service they provided in what was a very difficult time for me.

FacebookBuying your first house is never easy but how we were treated by the team at Portfield Garrard & Wright definitely made us feel better about the whole process. Always answered the phone with a polite and welcoming hello. Called you back if they missed your call and apologised, even though it wasn't their fault. As first time buyers we didn't know if the process was taking longer than usually or if there were things we needed to do but they kept us informed and reassured us when we needed it. Thanks to Mark and Emma for the amazing service and helping find our perfect home! We appreciate everything you did for us!!

GoogleI recently worked with Portfield agency in an attempt to purchase a property, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. My family and I were highly interested in a home listed with this agency and even submitted an offer above the asking price. However, the agency informed us that the property had already been sold, which prevented us from viewing it or continuing the offer process. Later, I learned that the home was still on the market at the time of our inquiry, which left us feeling that the agency may not have been fully transparent. We felt our genuine interest and offer were not conveyed to the seller, which was both frustrating and disappointing. I would encourage future clients to verify information carefully, as our experience suggested a lack of transparency that impacted our ability to pursue a property we were truly interested in.

GoogleI've been a tenant via this agency for just over 6 months. From the moment of walking through the front door on the first viewing to our recent inspection, the staff from this company have been warm and friendly while maintaining a professional demeanor. Our house was exactly as advertised, absolutely lovely and in the perfect location for us, and when we had an issue with our plumbing after a cold snap it was resolved quickly. The staff were flexible around our working hours when it came to viewings and signing for the property, and again when it came to organising the plumber and the inspection. I would wholeheartedly recommend using this agency to anyone. Edit to add: After moving out we got our full bond back with absolutely no shenanigans. Sad that it's noteworthy really, but still.PositiveProfessionalism
