GoogleProfessional, knowledgeable and approachable. We were first time buyers and Yvonne was very helpful making the buying process clear. When Yvonne showed us around the house she was not pushy or forceful and gave us time to think and discuss between ourselves, which we appreciated. Such a friendly and helpful bunch - we highly recommend.

TrustpilotAvoid.
Avoid. I have personally experienced lies from this office, along with outdated discriminatory practices, lack of courtesy and an arrogant, unprofessional approach.
Agent replied · 26 July 2023
Thank you for your comments, Elizabeth which are false. When you had called in regarding the rental property you wished to take, there were other interested parties who had contacted us the week before, who had told us they would rent the property. Therefore, the information given to you at the time was correct. We were waiting for the deposit to be paid and thus you were told the property was no longer available. The person who was going to take the property then changed their mind. The landlord had advised us the type of tenant and the strict criteria they were looking for and unfortunately you did not meet their chosen criteria. Ultimately, it is the landlord that owns the house, not us, and they can put in whoever they want into it. The fact they did not want to put you into the property has nothing whatsoever to do with us.
