Looking forward to moving in but not the move itself!

They went above and beyond to ensure that what was potentially set to be a very stressful and unexpected house move for us (with a 3 year old and 6 year old!) went as smoothly and quickly as possible. Customer service and communication is second to none and their friendly and personable approach to every detail is so much appreciated. We are now (almost) settled in our new home and couldn't be happier. We can't thank you all enough!

GoogleFerris & Co are an extremely efficient letting agent in my opinion and have always acted professionally with mine, my tenants and my property's best interest at heart. Having a managed property gives me peace of mind it is being looked after. Rent reviews are regularly addressed even if I don't want to alter. It's more important that my asset is being looked after the way I would if I were living in it. Trusted company.

GoogleThe first impressions from this agent would clearly suggest their professionalism and passion for what they do. The gentleman I met for my house view was on time and kind and showed me around with interest and the property too was well presented. Tracy was extremely helpful on the other end with necessary paperwork and I could say went an extra mile to help us through and keeping us updated on every step. Well appreciated and would recommend.

GoogleThe worst housing agency I've ever seen. A bunch of money grabbers. During one inspection, Justine went up into my room, opened my own wardrobe and proceeded to take photos of the contents inside because they had hoped we would leave it behind when we moved out. I am appalled and you had no right to do that, along with the other issues you've caused us. Now, I'm not saying that you might have the same experience as my family did with this particular agency, but perhaps this happened because we're not british.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI rented a house from this outfit of con artists 15 years ago, a boiler had been fitted to the wall which left a large area of concrete showing on the floor from the old boiler being removed, all the carpets we're old and worn. I gave notice of leaving the house at 5 months, I cleaned house top to bottom and paid the 6th month in advance, they inspected the house without me and said carpet in 1 bedroom was dirty and stained and kitchen lino damaged where there was originally the old boiler!! They deducted monies from my deposit and when I complained to Mr Tim Ferris the owner, he called me a w@**r! Nice language especially from an owner of a company!! I am now a property developer and this company will never get any of my business!! Well done Tim Ferris!! I would avoid these bunch of con artists like the plague unless you like being shafted from your hard earned cash!!
I am sorry to hear you feel this way , however I remember the incident well in question ,as it was yourself and your father who locked two members of staff in the Bearsted office demanding money . This resulted in leaving the staff , being two ladies ,very shaken listening to your aggressive threatening manner . However I would be more than happy to arrange a meeting with you to discuss this matter further.
