The whole team at savills bridge street manchester are phenomenal but I must lay extra thanks to my property manager Sam. He is excellent & has been since I moved in. He is responsive, helpful & more than anything utterly understanding to individual circumstances.Can’t recommend them enough !!

Didn't keep offers private. Tried to go back and forth between potential buyers to increase bids. Told other buyers I had offered asking price in a bid to increase sales price. I didn't think practices like this still existed. Disappointed to learn that they believe gazumping is fair.

Poor service, bidding against the wall is the norm .Beware they charge estate agent fees from the buyer and not the seller!Post sale service is poor with no response to calls, emails or texts.Consider other Auction houses which I have used with much superior service and not as costly.

GoogleWe put our house on the market with Savills as we wanted to buy a home they were marketing. After 3 months we decided to dual agent as market was slow. I was absolutely astounded when Sue Trybus called us to ask if the other agent had managed to sell our home as the property we were interested in had an offer. I honestly thought that Already being a client to Savills their care and duty would be to us. I should have said , never mind the other agent , what are Savills doing to sell my house?? Found the experience with her quite bullying and passive aggressive. Anyway, thankfully we managed to sell via the other agent and have to say that the lovely Aaqib Ahmed from Savills worked very hard to ensure we were able to purchase our dream home. He was patient, understanding and negotiated very well on our behalf, as did Graeme Warren.

Sophie did an amazing job - twice. She is relentless, a very good negotiator, does her homework before any discussion and a fantastic salesperson. I would recommend her to anyone willing to sell his or her flat. She never gives us and is very astute.
