This is my 3rd time dealing with Proffitt and Holt and I thought they were fantastic. I’ll use them everytime now, they are very trustworthy, competitive and did a great job of getting us a surprisingly fantastic price for our home. Ed in particular was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was, and you can tell the staff all work and communicate well together as a team. I highly recommend this estate agents over every other estate agents in the area. So pleased with the end result.

We are currently marketing our house with Proffitt and Holt and wanted to share the experience to date of using them as our estate agent. Both my wife and I have been impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness demonstrated by all of the P&H staff we have dealt with (Abbie, Angela, Chloe, Ed, Lesley, Natasha, Phill, and Sean). The P&H team have generated a lot of interest in our house, organising many viewings, and ultimately we have received a several realistic offers from a range of buyers. Our challenge now is to find our next house so that we can move forward to the next stage, although this isn’t something P&H are able to assist with as we are moving out of the area.

From our first meeting with Ed, he gave us the confidence that Proffitt and Holt were the right choice of agents to sell our property. Within a week of giving them the go ahead, we were on the market, with an impressive brochure, description, EPC, floor plan and photos by Martyn. The whole team of Sean, Carol and Natasha have been excellent in keeping us informed and undertaking the viewings, even arriving early so they knew all the features of the property before showing clients around. Within 2 days we received our first offer and with careful management of the process and offers by Ed, we have an agreed offer in place at the asking price. Clearly there’s some way to go in the process yet, but we are confident we have made the right move (no pun intended) with Ed and his team to sell our property, we would definitely recommend.

After having been asked many times by a property owner to organise painting a bit of wall and ceiling, and also send photos of the state of the property now for sale, I drove a 45 mile round trip as a favour to do their job for them. When at the property, I ran into the woman showing people around, and when I asked why they had not sorted out the paint work, she lied and said the tenants had only just moved out (they moved out four month earlier, and Proffitt & Holt has ignored all requests since then). They also seem to have lost two of the three copies of keys to the property, as when I went to pickup a key, I was told the woman who current had "the" key was out. When I arrived at the house, but the heating and hot water was also on, despite them previously confirming they had turned it off.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
