I would recommend consulting with George. He was helpful and noted my complex requirements, without making me feel like I was being difficult. I was updated with suitable properties regularly. The conversations were polite and not pushy like other agencies.

Attempted a fraudulent eviction of tenants to gain commission on the sale of the property. Local council stepped in, to stop the eviction. Did not forward important mail to landlord. Landlord eventually fired the agency.

I wouldn’t rent from these people. They take months to do essential repairs and the people they send to do them don’t do them properly anyway. They ignore your calls and emails for days and yet when they email you expect to be harassed unless you give them a speedy reply.
