GoogleI found it annoying that in the "For sale" were more sold properties. I'm not interested in them if they are sold. The sold properties should not be visible

We do pride ourselves on taking all feedback on board and so I have contacted our IT company to look into this matter further and potentially make a separate tab, which will purely show the visible properties on our website. As you may be aware from selling houses of your own, it is crucial that we must still continue to market properties that are Under Offer or Sold Subject to Contract; as chains collapse and circumstances change, which means that properties do occasionally have to be re-marketed. We do however, always welcome clients who are looking to purchase properties to contact us directly and forward their details via emailing, telephoning or through the 'Contact Us' tab on our website, which allows us to obtain your property requirements, desired locations and price range - so we can keep you posted with any suitable properties that are already on our books, or that are coming on the market. Please can you advise which property you have seen with our Estate Agency and clarify if the viewing was with a representative of our Agency or if you met the Vendor? I would be grateful if you can inform me of the above through emailing ‘admin@seea.co.uk’ or telephoning '01253 822000', so I can look into this. Since opening our Estate Agency over 20 years ago, we have never conducted multiple viewings on a property at the same time, as we encourage all viewers to take their time and have a good look around our properties. The recent boom in the property industry has meant that all properties coming onto the market are extremely popular, which as a result means that we do often have to conduct viewings in the same day however, this would mean that we provide all viewers with a specific time slot to ensure that there are no overlaps. Since opening during the first lockdown in May 2020, we have taken rigorous precautions for Covid, through implementing cleaning policies and internal track and trace systems so like you, we would not like the idea of multiple viewings taking place at once as we want to protect ourselves as much as we want to protect the public.
