GoogleMy wife and I purchased a house in Thornbury approximately 8 years ago, and whilst we it bought through a different agency, when life took us overseas we decided to use Milburys to look after the management based on how we looked after when we were looking to buy. During the time that the property was let, they did an excellent job finding great tenants who always looked after the property and paid the rent on time. We were never without tenants for long during changed in lease, and maintenance was always taken care of quickly and reliably. A positive was that the same staff had been there for a long time which is great and says a lot. When it came to sell we were more than happy to give the listing to the sales department (and didn't even consider other agencies). They didn't let us down, and helped get the property ready for sale, good marketing and we quickly had a strong offer that we were happy to accept. Communication was always excellent, and I like the fact that the team seemed to work together. There will always be bumps in the road, as it is a stressful undertaking, but all exchanged and completed and we couldn't be happier.

The property we were selling was lovely but several complications were unearthed along the way yet Milburys had great positivity and staying power to see it through to a sale. Our understanding is that you enquired about the 2 bedroom property we had to let in Stoke Park, one that received an unprecedented amount of interest. We had over 50 enquiries for this property and as I am sure you can understand we could not possibly accommodate a viewing for every prospective tenant that contacted us. We are sorry that you weren’t offered a viewing but contrary to your comments you were contacted via email on 8th April at 9:55am and advised of this.
