Makes up answers to questions, which then are found to be false
When asked a question regarding vendors property would simply make up an answer.
Only came out at acceptance of offer.
Wasted time for vendor and purchaser, left bad feeling on our side (and probably vendors) and for what? Agent vanity?
Why not just say "I don't know, but I'll find out..."
There must be better out there.

Good Morning Alec,
Thank your for your review & apologies for the bad service you have received. Unfortunately, I am unable to find any records of yourself viewing any properties through the Thornbury branch or having any offers accepted on any property of ours - so I am unable to investigate this matter for you.
If you could provide some further information on the property you mentioned in your review, I will happily investigate this matter for you.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
The delightful market town of Thornbury has a great team with a history that dates back some 30 years. The team is headed by Andrew How who has worked for the company since 1986, and has been at the Thornbury branch since 1999. Andrew is ably assisted by Max Firks-Matthews, Adam Offer and Allison Firks-Matthews. The combined experience of over 80 years selling property in Bristol & Southern Gloucestershire means you are in safe hands. Our philosophy here at Thornbury is a simple one, great customer service, honesty at all times and a great enthusiasm for a job well done.
