Buyer

Makes up answers to questions, which then are found to be false

When asked a question regarding vendors property would simply make up an answer. Only came out at acceptance of offer. Wasted time for vendor and purchaser, left bad feeling on our side (and probably vendors) and for what? Agent vanity? Why not just say "I don't know, but I'll find out..." There must be better out there.
