Makes up answers to questions, which then are found to be false

When asked a question regarding vendors property would simply make up an answer. Only came out at acceptance of offer. Wasted time for vendor and purchaser, left bad feeling on our side (and probably vendors) and for what? Agent vanity? Why not just say "I don't know, but I'll find out..." There must be better out there.

Good Morning Alec, Thank your for your review & apologies for the bad service you have received. Unfortunately, I am unable to find any records of yourself viewing any properties through the Thornbury branch or having any offers accepted on any property of ours - so I am unable to investigate this matter for you. If you could provide some further information on the property you mentioned in your review, I will happily investigate this matter for you. Max Besley Hill
