GoogleThey are not competent and not nice, they are very bad in resolving issues.. A memo was communicated to us that Propeller lettings are the new management for the accommodation to where I am staying. Instead of the director to resolve issues amicably and understand my plight that I will be homeless , he was looking for false accusation on me and threatened me with eviction.. I had to sleep in train stations for weeks before I could get somewhere to stay .
As discussed previously, Propeller Lettings were not your managing agent at the time of your stay in the Student Accommodation.

GoogleOne of the most reliable and best rental estate agents in Liverpool. As a landlord of multiple properties in the area, Propeller manages all of them. The service they provide in terms of efficiency, reliability, response time and most importantly looking after the needs of tenants is second to none. They have managed my portfolio for few years and without hesitation I would strongly recommend them to either a landlord for property rental/management or potential tenants seeking an agency who would not only help you find a suitable home but also sustain the quality of accommodation.

GooglePropeller Lettings have managed my property since 2014. During that time they have have found tenants, overseen repairs and ensured that the necessary checks are completed on time. I have had no issues with how they have managed the property. All of my dealings with Propeller have been friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them for property management.

Google🌟🌟🌟 Best Letting Agency 🌟🌟🌟 I have rented through Propeller Lettings for 5 years & can honestly say they are all simply amazing. I didn’t have many reasons to call with issues relating to our gorgeous apartment but when I did have minor issues, James & the team were straight on it and had the issue resolved timeously. The safety checks for gas etc were carried out annually and the contractors Propeller use were always friendly and professional. Thank you so much for making our years with you so enjoyable, I have rented for 14 years in total and I wish I had found Propeller Lettings for the previous 9 years as believe you me I’ve had a couple of awful experiences with other agents.
