Honestly the consultant lady who showed us the property was helpful and very kind. Even though i mentioned about the guarantor is acceptable by landlord or not. She said no worries. All is fine. Today i received a phone call that says guarantor is not acceptable by another consultant. And he says that the lady is not in charge for this information. absolutely waste of time.

I received excellent service and advice by Paul and Simon at Butler & Stag's Bow office to let a property. Simon found a client on the first day of viewings, arranged access to the property for repairs before the client moved in, and was also kind enough to move an item to the front porch to be taken away as I was unable to schedule it myself. Their property management team has continued to provide excellent service after the tenant moved in. I highly recommend the lettings team at Butler & Stag.

I've been renting out a property in Bow since May 2021. Every member of the B&S team I've dealt with has offered outstanding service. Their communication skills are excellent and all jobs are carried out efficiently, in a timely fashion. It's extremely rare to use a company and find that you have absolutely no complaints, but this is the case with B&S. This means that the whole experience has been stress free.
